The beauty of stuffed pastas is not only in its filling, but its shapes and sizes. Throughout Italy, many varities exist and some so tedious, they are works of art.
In this virtual lesson, you will learn to make Tortellini, Ravioli, and Agnolotti del Plin.
NOTE: It is suggested you come into this lesson with knowledge of how to make egg-based pasta dough, as it will need to be prepared in advance of the class to save time and focus soley on creating the pasta shapes. If you require this knowledge, you may elect to take Pasta Making: Part 1 in early January, 2020.
