Bringing back the art of of the traditional Sunday family dinner, but on a Saturday night!
La Vita e Bella: An Evening Affair for Families is intended to bring family together in the older traditional Italian way. Yes, you've all been couped up together in the same home during this crazy period of the pandemic. Most separated into corners of your home, scrolling on devices, watching Netflix, and while together not really together. Have you cooked together and ate together? Enjoyed music together?
We want you to gather. Cook together. Eat together. Enjoy live music together. Together we are better.
The evening will commence with an instructor led cooking class by Lisetta of Italian Wife Chef. With her guidance, you will prepare an authentic traditional Italian dinner and along the way learn tips and techniques. Gathered around your table, you will indulge your senses in your prepared meal and enjoy some paired wine, while listening to a live singing performance by Elisa Malatesta.
The menu for the evening will consist of 3 courses, each paired with a wine recommendation.
